Foundation Story

Gloriously Crowned Voices was born from the calling God placed on the heart of its founder, Nirisin Paramore, and from a deeply personal journey of adversity, healing, faith, and purpose.

Nirisin’s journey has included experiences of trauma and abuse that shaped many areas of her life. Yet, through those difficult experiences, she discovered that her story did not have to define her future. Her relationship with God became an essential part of her healing. Through prayer, faith, reflection, and a willingness to surrender her pain to God, Nirisin began to experience restoration and a renewed understanding of her identity and purpose.

As she continued to heal, Nirisin recognized the power of sharing her own story and listening to the stories of other women. She discovered that there is strength in vulnerability, healing in being heard, and purpose in using one's experiences to encourage someone else. The stories of women who had faced their own struggles reminded her that no woman should have to walk through adversity alone.

Out of this journey came a clear calling from God: to use her voice to help other women find theirs.

Gloriously Crowned Voices was established in obedience to that calling and is rooted in the belief that every woman has a voice, a purpose, and a God-given calling. Regardless of what she has experienced, where she comes from, or what she has endured, every woman has the ability to heal, grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact.

Through mentorship, education, leadership development, and public speaking, Gloriously Crowned Voices seeks to create safe and empowering opportunities for women to embrace their identity, overcome adversity, discover their purpose, and confidently share their stories. We believe that when a woman recognizes her worth and finds the courage to use her voice, her transformation can extend beyond her own life and positively influence her family, community, and future generations.

Gloriously Crowned Voices is more than an organization—it is an expression of obedience, faith, healing, and purpose. It is a platform created to remind women that their past does not disqualify them, their struggles do not diminish their worth, and their voices have the power to inspire change.

Our Approach

We believe that meaningful transformation begins with love, trust, and being heard. We create spaces where women can share their stories openly and honestly without fear of judgment, shame, or rejection. Through active listening, positive reassurance, encouragement, and genuine support, we help women recognize their strength, embrace their identity, and take intentional steps toward their goals.

Our mentoring approach incorporates SMART goal-setting tools to help participants establish clear, realistic, and measurable goals while developing the confidence and accountability needed to pursue them. We meet women where they are, encourage progress at their own pace, and celebrate each step forward.

Advocacy and community service are equally important to our approach. We believe lasting change happens through collaboration, and we intentionally build relationships with community leaders, churches, schools, nonprofits, businesses, and other organizations to connect women with resources, opportunities, and supportive networks.

Above all, we lead with love, compassion, faith, and without judgment. We do not believe a woman's past determines her future. We believe her story can become a source of strength, her voice can inspire others, and her life can become a powerful reflection of purpose.

At Gloriously Crowned Voices, we walk alongside women—not to define their journey, but to encourage them as they discover their voice, embrace their purpose, and become empowered to create positive change in their lives, families, and communities.
